During May and June I stayed at several places in Las Vegas and Tuscany Suites was one of the best in it's price range. There are two pools and two spas here. The spa behind the fitness center seems to get less traffic and was my choice. The 3 story buildings are easy to get in and out of quickly if you need to go somewhere.
The room was large, well furnished, in very good condition and clean. Tv service was basic and the internet service was very fast. There is a fee of internet use in most rooms though in the lobby and back patio Tuscany Suites offers free internet dervice.
I was able to have lunch and diner here at what I feel were reasonable prices. The casino appeared well layed out with good service.
I found my stay here to be very comfortable and relaxing.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We chose it based on an exceptionally low price with some very good TA reviews.

Reception: You are number x. Forget about a personal welcome etc. you are cargo with a credit card.

Room: Excellent. Room was large with kitchenette. We were right beside the pool which was convenient. The room was spotless also.

Pool: There are two pools. We used both. The main pool gets busy early (9am) and overall the area is quite small. We used the second pool which was pretty quiet.

Location: It is about a 10 minute walk to the main strip (Ballys Intersection). Parking is also free at the hotel

Considering the price I would highly recommend this hotel. It is not overly luxurious but if you can live without that then go for it.

I stayed at The Tuscany Suites this past weekend with my boyfriend, cousin & her boyfriend. I wasnt trying to spend a crazy amount of money on a hotel room in Las Vegas so I found The Tuscany Suites online and the rooms looked good and had everything we needed and were somewhat close to the strip. We checked in at the front desk and within the first 5 minutes my boyfriend and I werent very happy about it. The staff was extremly rude, they failed to mention at the time of booking my room, there would be a $200 security deposit that we would get back at check out as long as we didnt order any movies, room service, etc. So we paid that out of our spending money, got into our room, there were broken tiles in the bathroom, the mini fridge didnt work the entire first day we were there, and there were cigarette holes burnt into the comforters. Of course those things were minimal b/c we wouldnt be spending much time in the room in the first place. At the time of our checking out of the hotel, they send house keeping to check out your room -which i have never had happen, even in the very nice hotels- this took about 15 minutes, house keeping called back to the front desk & told them we had smoked in the room. I had reserved a non-smoking room b/c my boyfriend has asthma and no one in our room smokes, so of course we didnt want to smell that. So they proceeded to charge us $50 for smoking in the room, the manager wouldnt even listen to us when we explained to her that no one smokes cigarettes, she then said, well they said it wasnt cigarettes and insinuated that we had smoked something else in the room, and if we wanted to dispute the charge we could wait another 30 minutes and security would check out the room. By this point we were so frustrated with the rude manager and the woman at the front desk that was trying to check us out of our room- which by the way had no idea what she was doing- that we just said forget it and got our $150 back from them and left. It was by far the worst experience Ive had with a hotel in Vegas and I have definetly learned my lesson staying in a "cheap" hotel to save some money for going out more.

We actually stayed here a couple years ago, but I never got around to reviewing it, and I don't want my review to get buried. Stayed there as part of a promotion being put on by Pacific Monarch for their timeshares in Las Vegas.
Everything was clean, well maintained, almost like new. The room was large, the casino small, but it's not really the place to go for gaming anyway. Restaurant staff was very friendly. One bad thing was if you decided to drive up to the Strip it was almost always gridlock getting there. Faster to walk. But being off the strip has it's advantages. I think it attracts a better clientele than the usual riff-raff and low lifes you find on the Strip. I especially liked the pool and veranda area where you could sit in the shade under misters and enjoy the morning paper and a cup of coffee. It definitely should be ranked higher than 43.

I found this room very large and comfortable with a big comfortable bed, nice living room area and even a small kitchen area. Couldn't beat that for 50 bucks.
