Great place, great atmosphere, friendly dealers. Stopped in for a bit to put points on my Harrah's Rewards card last Saturday and ended staying about twelve hours playing craps. The temp inside the casino was very comfortable even though it was cold outside. The clientele is younger but not stupid young. The house band played pretty good songs, mostly current stuff and they seemed to play all night. A bit too loud to hold a conversation but not so loud my ears were bleeding. Between sets the music played wasn't as loud so that was nice.
The craps tables are centrally located so it was a good place to 'people watch' as well as make some money. As the night wore on (and became early morning), the dealers were very friendly and accomodating and intelligent. Good conversation, good people.
Yeah they have beer pong, but that is in the back of the place and the only time you have to pass by rowdy college kids is on your infrequent trips to the restroom. I would categorize this little place as a dive in the best possible sense of the word.
It's the best of both worlds, a nice, down home, small casino, that pays out in Harrah's Total Rewards comp points. Can't beat that!
