This is a nice area to check out while you are down on this end of the strip. Just strolling through here is fun.

They have the Statue of Liberty, the rollar coaster, and Coyote Ugly as some of the things here that are neat to see. The Coyote Den has some good prices on tees for gifts to bring home.

The gambling was not so good for us, but that can happen anywhere.

Didn't stay at the hotel, just dropped in to see the decor and visit the casino. I thought the decor was overwhelming and really didn't remind me of New York at all. It felt very dark ( unlike the real Times Square even in the middle of the night). The servers on the casino floor were less than happy to be there, and the slots did not pay at all- seriously at all.

The positive is that there was plenty of free parking and the MGM Grand is right across the street and just a quick walk over the pedestrian bridge.

Went on the RollerCoaster at the NY NY Hotel. I was looking forward to it. The queue was long but quick moving & there were lockers for your belongings (before you queue!) it was an exhilarating coaster but OW! It was very rattley & my shoulders and shoulder blades were quite bruised after. They could do with extra padding on those restraints! But a good ride!
