My husband wanted an Elvis Vegas wedding for our original wedding, so we made a deal: We would do it for our first wedding anniversary. So one year to the day (May 17 2009) we found ourselves at the Graceland Chapel in Las Vegas. When you first walk in, the receptionists/office managers were so nice. It only took minutes and our ceremony was underway! I guess I didn't know what to expect but be ready to have some fun with Elvis, if you are the fun/spontaneous type. This may not be the thing for you if you are a wallflower. Elvis had us curling our lips, doing pelvis thrusts, karate stances and shaking our legs. We were even singing and dancing with him! We were definitely up for all of it so we had a GREAT time! We were actually surprised too that the photos turned out so well! Make sure you opt for the DVD too. It will have you cracking up later. They also have some really fun t-shirts too for reasonable prices. My favorite souvenir from the trip!

A WORD OF ADVICE....
Spring for their limo service! I believe it's available for a $35 tip to the driver. We took a cab there (over $20 from the MGM Grand including tip), thinking we could easily grab a passing cab on the way back. NOT so. Apparently even if you call for a cab they will be at least an hour late, because they assume that since it's a wedding everything will run behind schedule. Ladies, be prepared to hoof it a few very long, hot blocks in your heels to Freemont Street to grab a cab if you don't opt for the limo. In the end the cabs cost more, and involved an uncomfortable walk to find a cab.

For our 25th wedding anniversary we wanted to do something fun, like getting re-married by Elvis in Las Vegas. Based upon all of the positive reviews of the Graceland Chapel, we booked to have our vows renewed by Elvis.

I can honestly say that all of the other positive reviewers were right. We had a blast. The entire process from booking online to getting picked up in a white, stretch limo to the ceremony were handled smoothly and professional.

Justin, our limo driver, picked us up from our hotel on time as promised. My wife really appreciated the 'classiness' of the chapel. It was a free standing building that could have been a little church anywhere in the country.

Elvis made the ceremony, putting us all at ease from the start. The photographer snapped a ton of photos which we then ordered online once we got home and we walked out of there with a DVD of the ceremony.

I can't imagine a better experience than what we had at the Graceland Chapel.

We renewed our Wedding Vows recently at Graceland....with Elvis. The whole experience from start to finish was superb. The stretch Limo picked us up on time and the driver didn't spoil the surprise as my wife knew nothing about it. (there's a CD in the limo so I played "Let it Be Me" and then broke the news) The service was superb and Elvis sang the songs i had specifically requested. The service is quite short and you can add a short poem too to stretch it out a bit. There's a nice Garden too where we were able to get some "unofficial" photos and the Official ones were really well taken.
All in all, I would highly recommend this to anyone....check the clips on Youtube if you are in any doubt !!

After much research and reading every review the internet could offer, I chose Graceland. It couldnt have been any better. The limo driver was on time and pleasant. The ladies at the front desk were super nice and treated us wonderfully. Elvis, what can I say, great great Elvis. He was fantastic and took several pics with us. I couldnt have asked for more and would recommend this chapel to anyone.
