We paid for tickets to see Rick Thomas. The watch trick and the tigers were great, but the rest of the show was stuff to kill time, and not very good stuff.
The dancers weren't good and he got a 9 yr. old boy on stage to help and then used sexual overtones with the kid and the showgirls, which we found offensive. The kid refused to kiss the showgirl at the end of this part and I found the kid classier than Rick Thomas. We are telling friends and family to stay away from this one. It is so NOT worth it.

We received free tickets for the Rick Thomas show after suffering through a time share presentation. We shouldn't complain because the tickets were free, but all I can say is...I'm glad I didn't pay for this one.

Back in 1999, my husband and I went to see the Rick Thomas show and ended up on stage. When my sisterand I went to see Rick Thomas this past June, I saw that the act had not changed much, which surprised me. On the one hand, I saw the act from the audience this time, not the stage (and how dorky my husband and I must have looked).

On the other hand, I would not recommend going to see this show more than once, since the act doesn't change. My sister enjoyed it, but thought that more should be done with the tigers, because they were the hit of the show, in her opinion.

When in Las Vegas don't miss the Rick Thomas Show at the Tropicana. It's good, clean magical fun and the cost is nominal compared to the other magicians. If you make use of the perks offered by the Tropicana, you may even get free or two-for-one admission tickets. It's an afternoon show that includes white Bengal tigers. Thomas is a very personable guy who really enjoys what he is doing and personally greats his audience members after the show
