I've been coming to Las Vegas for conventions since 1990, so I've stayed at just about every major Strip hotel. I convinced my wife (her last visit was in '89, she hated it) to give Vegas another try for my 49th birthday (it helped I got Celine tickets). We stayed at Paris and got the upgrade to get the view of the Strip, which included the Eifel Tower, the pool and the Bellagio fountains. We were up on the 20th floor, had a great room, fabulous view. We used the Ambassador check-in feature, which means you call in 2 hours before check-in, get to the head of the line and into your room with no fuss, Great concept. As we headed down the hall to the elevators, we stopped at the pastry shop for some killer French pastries to take the edge off our hunger before dinner. We took a box of them home the next day, they were so good!. We walked to Caesar's for dinner and the show, came back over to the Bellagio for gelato and a couple of the fountain shows, back over to the Paris casino for some table fun and then off to dreamland. A very romantic evening and a very nice stay. The service all arouind was efficient, courteous, and prompt. We asked for extra pillows and got them in 5 minutes. Nicely appointed room with overstuffed chairs and a table by the window, great for enjoying the view. Great selection of toiletiries in the bathroom, huge shower separate from the tub, which most Vegas rooms don't have.

My wife says to plan on her coming next year!

BTW- I thought Celine's show was fantastic, this coming from a guy who wouldn't be caight dead listening to her in the car. What a performance. It helped we have 2nd row, center seats. Hint... pay the extra $25 to join her club, you get preferential seating...

I stayed at the Paris from May 1st - May 5th, with my husband and father. The location was perfect, right in the center of the strip, which made it possible for us to walk in either direction to see the sights. It's also very close to a handful of older casinos which are more our preference as far as gambling (friendlier slots!). There were mostly business people staying there, which for us was fine (we're in our early 50's). It wasn't a rowdy party crowd that you might encounter elsewhere. We spent most of the day exploring the strip, and by the end of the day would end up at Bally's casino, which is very conveniently located through the cobblestone walkway connected to Paris. The lounges and restaurants at both Paris and Bally's were great. The room was great, #1890, beautiful view, great bathroom, good water pressure. The beds are pretty flat, but clean and comfortable enough. There weren't any problems with noise from the strip or the elevators. Room service was fast and friendly. The size of the hotel is just right, it's easy to navigate. I would definitely stay there again- if I ever get back there! The flight from Florida's a long one!

On a short trip we had the opportunity to stay at Paris. We booked a room using the price match feature.

On check-in, we were upgraded without request to a suite. The room was fantastic and better than the one we stayed at later on at The Venetian. It contained 3 bathrooms. It had a TV that raised out of the base of the bed. I should emphasize that we never asked for any upgrade, nor did we stay at Paris anticipating it.

The staff here was incredibly positive and nice. They were all very accomodating. Everyone had a smile. When sigining up for the players card, we even got a bonus branded T-shirt.

While we didn't get an opportunity to use it, the pool and garden area was fantastic looking, adjacent to the imitation eiffel tower.

I would definitely return here.

My friend and I just spent 4 days at Paris Las Vegas, and loved it. We ended up getting a GREAT rate using their Best Rate Guarantee. We checked in at the airport, and got a strip view (I thought we'd get stuck looking at homeless people or something). The room was nice - a good size, good climate and the bathroom was very spacious. Also, the elevators are really fast and you don't have to wait long to catch one!

The maid was cute and friendly and she double stocked all the shampoo and stuff, because there were two of us. We had a really nice stay and I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed at the Paris for 6 nights from 17-23rd April. Checked in at the airport and upgraded to a premier view room. We were not disappointed.!! We had a room on 22nd floor and it was fantastic. My husband and I both rated this hotel to be on par with the Venetian where we stayed for a week last March. Although the Venetian rooms are slightly bigger and fancier, the Paris would win me over every time now and I loved the Venetian !

The room was very clean and spacious and we had daily maid service and replenishment of towels and toiletries. We ordered room service breakfast on two days and the food was lovely and hot and the service was excellent.

I used the Mandara Spa whilst we we're there and it was wonderful. Its pricey but you get what you pay for. I had a back massage, back cleanse, facial and pedicure and used the facilities and it was $450. We also used the pool as we had excellent weather and it was great. Lots of space and sunbeds and lovely surroundings coupled with excellent waitress service while you sunbathed.

The casino was also a winner for us, very light and airy. Great slots and excellent drinks service both on the slots and on the tables. The tables had quite high limits sometimes so we ventured to Barbary Coast some days and even down to the Sahara which was excellent.

We ate at the Cafe De Paris which was good on both occassions, at the buffet for dinner once which was excellent and also in the Steakhouse which was FANTASTIC. We had steak and lobster and the evening was very memorable. The snack bars/coffee shops in the Paris are also excellent. No complaints whatsoever on the food front.

I could only make 3 complaints about our stay and they really are very minor and silly:

1. The windows really needed cleaning. it didnt spoil the view but when you pay extra for a view the windows ought to be clean
2. The shower isnt very powerful
3. We got charged for a couple of things on the room which were not ours but this was resolved very quickly with no problems by the hotel

The Paris overall was absolutely wonderful. It seems smaller than both the Luxor and Venetian where we have stayed before and we liked that. Its just got it right. The atmosphere and location for me can only be beaten by Caesars but the Paris is just better value for money. I wouldnt spend lots on a lake view room in the Bellagio as you can get this at the Paris. I would stay there again without a doubt !
