Stayed at Paris Hotel on March 5 & 6 with our daughter and son-in-law. Room was very quiet-no street or hall noise. Beds were older, but comfortable. Asked for extra pillows and they brought fluffy ones warm from the dryer. Everything was clean and well supplied. Went to the breakfast buffet and the pastries and crepes were wonderful. Would definately stay there again.

I've stayed here 3 times in the last year and a half. It's centrally located in the middle of the strip, has clean rooms and I've never had a problem with the staff. I've only stayed in the standard rooms and they are an ok size with the regular tv/armoire, desk, chair, mini bar, chair/ottoman set up. We had a room on a non-smoking floor that faced the front of the hotel with a view of the Bellagio water show. IF you are not a late night person I suggest getting a room facing the other way...you can hear the fountain show and it goes on till about midnight. Also ask about upgrades when you check in...they aren't all that expensive but we reasoned that we would not be hanging out in the hotel room all that much so we passed on it. One thing that absolutely [--], which I hadn't noticed on previous trips for some reason, is that the shower has very weak water pressure. I have long hair and I ended up rinsing my hair in the tub and then getting back into the shower! The guys that I traveled with agreed that the shower sucked...and they have very short hair. Just because of this I probably will not stay there again. It's a roomy bathroom, however and has separate tub and shower.
Le Village Buffet for dinner..not all that bad...small shrimp though. Bigger shrimp at Bellagio buffet. The crepes at La Creperie were pretty good...my only complaint is that they make the crepe itself too thick. JJ's Boulangerie is good for sandwiches and fresh bread. We bought coffee and a whole baguette one morning and split it between the 4 of us for a simple breakfast. I LOVE LeNotre! I think it's the only one in the states. It's a little different from the ones in France that I've been to but still has great croissants, cakes, pastries, etc! I always make it a point to stop there even if I'm not staying at Paris. Good alternative for breakfast as well. Stopped in Le Cafe Ile St. Louis late one night for their steak special. Skip it. Undercooked potato, tough, thin steak. Have been to Mon Ami Gabi on a different visit and I always like their food and service.

We stayed at another hotel but joined my brother and sister-in-law for dinner at Au Sin asian restaurant. This was about the fourth meal we've had there and the service and food was excellent. Some people have made negative comments but we have always found all of the restaurant staffs to be friendly and accommodating.

Visit to Vegas in mid/late Feb. for a conference. My wife and I stayed at Paris. Excellent locale-mid Strip. We arrived early on a Sunday morning. Airport check-in was a snap. Dropped our bags at the front door and went looking for lunch (we were ready at 10 am). Called front desk at noon, room ready, bypassed long check out/check in line to pick up my key since we were already checked in. Bags were delivered to room in less than 5 minutes. Room larger than expected, clean and quiet; bathroom was much larger and nicer than expected. Really the only bad part of the room was the very firm (read "hard") bed.
We had a mediocre meal at Ah Sin at the Paris. Breakfast buffet was just above average for the price. The pastry shop next to the elevators was better for breakfast. Never made it up to the Eifel Tower. My wife did have a good time watching the taping of ABC's The View @ Cesear's and shopping there too.
Overall, we would probably stay here again if we got a good deal, but would really like to try the Venetian or Wynn.

I stay in Vegas at least once a year and have stayed at a lot of other hotels, from Harrah's to the Bellagio. Never have I found the check in process or concierge staff to be as unfriendly & unhelpful as in this hotel.
I found the front desk staff at Paris to be curt at best, rude at worst. I arrived a couple of hours early for check in I was advised my suite was not ready yet. I was also advised to go outside & drop my bags with the bellman who was friendly & helpful. My companion & I did the buffet thing which was awesome by the way. At 2 pm we went back to discover our suite was not ready yet and the unhelpful person at check in told us to come back in an hour or so.Finally at 3:30pm we checked in after having to get our bags from the bellman ourselves. Suite was nice & spacious but strange buzzing noise at 2am for about an hour also we came back with strange rashes we did not have previously. We think from the bedding as we started scratching there.
The concierge staff ( I stayed in a suite) was worse than useless. They were very curt in regard to any question I asked them & I am not a travel neophyte.

The only saving grace was the wait staff at all food venues & the food which was magnifique.

I will definitely not stay at this hotel ever again but will go back for the food.
