The Bellagio fountains was a must see! We viewed them both during the day and at night, was great. We wanted to go up the Eiffel Tower at Paris to view the show, heard its great from up top.

I was walking by the BELLAGIO one week after 9/11. Fountains suddenly come to life as "GOD BLESS THE U.S.A." came over the speakers. Everyone stopped and as I looked around the crowd, many were weeping. I am not ashamed to admit that my eyes were also moist. I will always remember that special moment.

The fountains were by far my favorite free event in Vegas. See them often during the day. Differnt show every 30 minutes during th eday and every 15 minutes at night. The crowds are MUCH smaller during the day. the crowds are so large at night it is hard to see. The fountians do not have color so there is no real differnce at night. Ride to the top of the Eiffel tower and watch the fountains from there. Awesome view. Also do at least one show on the side when the wind is blowing your way. Its fun.

When you visit the Strip, you must make time to watch the fountains at the Bellagio. Day and night, the varied shows are beautiful, and the heights the water reaches will amaze you. Watch them from the Eiffel Tower or from your room if you're lucky enough to be staying at a hotel with a good vantage point like Planet Hollywood, the Paris or the Bellagio itself, but at least once, walk over and watch the show right up close. It's an awesome sight. Don't miss it.
