“Ballys will do the job”

Bally's Las Vegas

I just got home from a 4 night stay at Ballys. Room 1976 in the North Tower, king non smoking.
Over all I would rate Ballys as pretty good value for money. The location is fantastic, right at the center of the strip. Next door is Paris on one side, Bills on the other, then across the road you have the Bellagio and Caesars.
The staff at Ballys could not have been more helpful. Friendly and effiecient.
My room was large. King bed, sofa chair, work desk and chair, decent armoit with tv. Large clean bathroom with seperate make up area and a large closet for hanging space. Pleasantly decorated in light coffee coloured wall paper with blue accessories.
Ballys pins itself as a 4 star hotel....I think this may have once been true, but I would say it is now a very good 3 and a half solid star property.
I'm not sure if I would stay here again, nothing wrong with the hotel, just a personal preference.
For an all round decent hotel, center strip at reasonable prices, I should think Ballys is a fair bet.

I arrived to find a free upgrade to an executive suite. The had a hallway at the entrance that lead to a nice sized sitting area with an equally sized bed area behind it. The bathroom was very large with two sides, each with its own closet and vanity area, all up two steps from the rest of the room. The back had a room for a toilet, a room for a bidet and a walk in shower. The shower was divided from the rest by a wall. On the other side of this wall and in between the closets was a nice jacuzzi tub.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It's on the monorail, across from the Bellagio fountains and right in the middle of the strip. I would definitely stay at Bally's again.

“Had a great stay at Bally's!!!”

Bally's Las Vegas

After having numerous panic attacks before staying here...(and reading all the reviews from Trip Advisor) I had a wonderful stay at Bally's! I read all about the "old hotel" but it's not bad...at all...I'm pretty picky (It only looks old on the outside)...I stayed in a renovated room, I asked specifically for...it was clean and fresh, not a great view but really close to everything...literally, it is! Need I mention that I stayed for free due to Harrah's gaming credit points...Took the Monorail to where I needed to go and walked everywhere else. Had a great happy hour lunch at RA sushi...good sushi deals...overall...great stay at Bally's!!!

Stayed at Bally's once before so I knew to ask for a North Tower room. Had a view of looking down on Flamingo and could see Caesar's. The room was spacious enough, had a king bed, love seat, armoire, and 2 desks. Bathroom was nice, no separate shower, sink area was large enough for all my junk!
Had a bit of a walk to the room and the hallways are kept ice cold! I noticed the halls need a little updating, too, but no big deal.
Bed was comfortable, not the best I have ever slept in. LOTS of pillows!

Great location right in the heart of The Strip and connected to Paris. Plenty of room on the gaming floor. The rooms were a bit on the small side, but I go to Vegas to get out not spend time in my hotel room. The bathrooms were clean and had plenty of room. We stayed on the 18th floor and had a decent view of The Strip.

Minor complaint: You have to park in the Paris parking garage and walk over to Bally's. Parking is free and the walk is nice, so this is a very minor complaint.
