We stayed at the Suncoast for a birthday weekend and had a great time! The hotel staff were fantastic and were always happy and willing to help us. We had a rental car that we drove to the strip so the location off Las Vegas Bldv. wasn't a problem. The only down side was that the shuttle to the strip only runs every hour and a half, and cabs need to be called, they don't just show up at the hotel like they do closer to the strip. Overall a fantastic experience.

We were looking for something reasonable in Vegas for a night after a stay elsewhere wasn't so great. We booked the Suncoast through hotels.com and had a great experience. The hotel was wonderful, the staff friendly. They have lots more to do than just gamble, a theatre and a bowling alley. Room service was great! The food was still warm and tasted great. It's away from the strip, so if you really want to party hard, maybe not the place for you, but for a laid back trip, it was great!

I traveled with my husband and 3 kids ages 1, 3, and 5. After our experience I just had to write a review. We initially had trouble with our booking through travelocity and I had to have multiple conversations with the staff of the hotel and everyone I dealt with was nice and accommodating. So before I began my trip I already had a good feeling. January 29th, 2008 is when we checked in and were we ever in for a treat. At the desk when we gave our names, the clerk spoke to her boss standing nearby to let her know that a new guest had arrived and I heard the woman say, "Give them the suite." We were registered for a one bedroom so you would not believe how excited we were when we reached the double doors that led into our room. We opened the door to the most beautiful 2 bedroom suite!! This entire place was floor to ceiling windows looking out on the most beautiful views of the mountains and golf courses. The room had tvs everywhere, in each bathroom (along with phones). The tubs were deep and large with jacuzzi jets and a water jet for your neck. The showers were large and the master bath even had multiple heads with a variety of settings. I had 2 nozzle continually oscillating back and forth and you could adjust their speed and intensity. The furnishings were beautiful, all the wood dark and attractive and there was a bar that sat 8 people. We could not have been more excited and we had booked for 50 dollars. I did not want to leave, it was just so beautiful, especially during the day staring out at the panoramic view. Some people want to stay on the strip, this place was wonderful and seriously not more than a 10 minute drive from the strip and they have a free shuttle to take you there and pick you up. The casino downstairs was a nice size and I played a little down there also. i was continually amazed at how everyone I dealt with from the check in clerk to the woman I purchased my bingo game from were just consistently nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Just so you know, I saw the regular one bedrooms being cleaned and they looked of the same quality, but only smaller. I will definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this hotel last March and I have to say it is a really NICE place to stay! The staff are WONDERFUL and genuinely seem to care about what they do - I experienced nothing but pleasantness and professionalism while I was there. Its like the staff WANTED to be there and any request you had was no problem. ALL the staff from the front desk to the bartender make you feel like you MATTER there. I was VERY impressed at how professional and NICE everyone was while I stayed there. The rooms are AMAZING ! I have to mention the beds themselves - they were SO comfortable and the sheets were pure mmmmmmmmm!!! I have stayed in a lot of hotels but I have to say the beds in this particular hotel were AMAZING ! The sheets smelled CLEAN as well - that is a big thing to me. I plan on coming back this year and HIGHLY recommend this hotel.
