We chose the Westin because it's pet friendly, and it was one of the few hotels (near the strip) that accepts pets. The hotel itself is decent....just a short walk to the strip. Our room was spacious and very clean. Bathrooms were large with plenty of counter space. The beds were comfy, decor was attractive. Staff was quick and efficient. The elevators were very slow.....several times we waited for over 5 minutes. The lobby was nothing special, small casino. The concierge recommended a HORRIBLE breakfast place called Ellis Island. A very drab restaurant that served tasteless food. The workout room was okay (for hotel standards)......a nice touch with complimentary fresh fruit and bottled water. Overall a decent place to hang your hat if you get a good deal.
