We just got back from a 5 night stay. I read a lot of reviews and thought that it was going to be a nightmare getting the correct room that I had booked. I had a room comped at Ceasers but then as I was watching the sight they had the executive suite at Harrahs available comped for all nights. So I switched my reservations because I was taking my son for the first time to Vegas and he is 25. I thought the suite would be better because it has a separate bedroom. Also Harrahs right in the middle of it all. When we arrived at the hotel I was prepared for an argument but when I checked in they didn’t even ask any questions and gave me the keys to the suite. What a room this was. There was a huge bedroom, huge bathroom with Jacuzzi with a separate shower area and a living room. The living room had a fold out couch for my son. No view but I never ask for a view. If I want a view then I would take the helicopter ride over Vegas. The maid service was great. We left notes and when we returned we had everything we asked for. Absolutely no complaints with the staff, they were all very helpful but I also didn’t have a lot of questions for them being I have been there in the past. Check out was a breeze. Check out early am and use the bell service for your luggage, there are no lines. The pool wasn’t the greatest but I only was there in the morning reading the paper.
Things were great. We are going back in a few months and my son wants to stay at Harrah again. The weather was in the 100’s but if you take the monorail then that helps you get out from the heat. The best part of the trip was I won 3 jackpots, 2 at Harrahs and 1 at Bills.
I have stayed at alot of Harrahs resorts in Vegas and AC and have never had a problem in Vegas, only AC.
