Upon check-in, I asked about wireless internet access. I was given a set of instructions on a small piece of xeroxed paper. Got in room, could not get online. To make a VERY LONG story short I spent the next two hours going back and forth with the front desk and their offsite internet tech providers trying to get the wireless working. The right hand did not know what the left was doing. Finally had to walk out to the lobby to get online before going out for business. They promised it would be fixed when I returned. I got back and it was not fixed. Finally had to move rooms the next morning to get to a room that had access. This type of "non-service" was typical of this property. It's run by amateurs, there is no restaurant, no room service, the place is still not finished, there are work men all around, and it was almost empty when I was there, for good reason. There is a small indoor pool but that's the only amenity in the place. The rooms are spacious and nice but that's all this weird, tacky place has going for it. Oh yeah, and it's right next to the aiport so every ten minutes the place shakes as the roar of a jet passes right overhead.
