The ceremony was great and I don't think anything could have really ruined our day, but there were two things that just really irked me about this place.

1. THE TIP ENVELOPE! Are you kidding me? I had just finished kissing my husband, I turn around and there is the reverend pushing a tip envelope in my hand and saying, 40, 60 or 100 for the tip. He totally acted like it was expected. VERY PUSHY about th tip.....which isn't stated on the website and since when are tips expected like that?

2. THE PICTURES! They were horrible horrible horrible. I read the reviews here about their pictures coming out dark but we had the opposite problem. The flash completely washed us out and the good ones were blurry. Also, the website says no outside photography so I didn't bring my own camera. When we get there we see two other couples taking lots and lots of their own photos. So bring your camera for a back up!

It started as just a bit of a laugh, we couldn't visit vegas without doing the whole wedding experience.
We booked the October special, so it was cheap, we had thought it would be quite tacky....
Well let me tell you, when we married 22years ago, we had the BIG white wedding 250 guests etc, didn't enjoy being the centre of attention, this time it was just the 2 of us....
The whole experience was beautiful, we arrived at the chapel in the white limo, our driver was super, he took photo's for us. While waiting to renew our vows, we both wondered, because it was only $199 it would be tacky, you get what you pay for.....
We got a beautiful, emotional, wonderful experience, there was tears, and a whole lot of loving in the chapel..... no elivis in sight....thank god.
I would like to thank all the staff etc for making it very magical, and we have beautiful picture's taken by the photographer...... perfect...... if you going to vegas...... and thinking about it...... you won't be disappointed....
Thank You All.....

The limo was way late. It says music on the website but maybe because it was outside is the reason we didn't get any. The Minister was very helpful and nice. The outside gazebo was very nice and was exactly what I wanted. The limo was on time picking us up and the guy was really nice. But during our ceremony or after he had to go pick up someone else so after our reception and talking with family we waited an hour and half for the limo to take us back to the hotel and our dinner reservations were cancelled and could not take us because we were so late. He apologized sincerely. The girls inside came out and said sorry once, but for having 6 or so limos in the parking lot they should have had one person waiting for us and not made us wait for them

We just renued our vows, and we are still waiting for our Pictures and DVD to arrive in the mail. They said it was sent but we never received it. Many of our family and friends are waiting to see them. The only pictures we have, are the ones our best man took at the chapel. We are sooo very unhappy with this chaplel.

My wife and I renewed our vows here for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We booked the chapel online a month prior. We were very excited because we had friends and family coming with us to witness the event. Our scheduled time was 9pm but the driver/chapel was running late. No big deal for us. We had a drink at our hotel and waited for the limo. Limo arrived and we were whisked off to the chapel. At the chapel we finalized the paperwork which turned out to be $14 more than my original invoice but I happily paid without any questions. The cashier presented me with an envelope. The envelope was for a "donation" for the minister. Cleverly, the envelope has $40 imprinted on it as the minimum donation. I rolled my eyes and thought what a joke. I did intend to leave a donation but in all honesty I only intended to leave about $10. My wife and I had renewed our vows before here 5 years prior and we knew the ceremony only lasts a few moments. $10 would be a sufficient donation. We planned to take care of the donation after the ceremony. Just as we were about to begin walking down the aisle the cashier bursts through the door demanding the donation indicating that the ceremony could not begin until the donation envelope was received. I could not believe it. One of our guests actually placed $50 in the envelope and gave it to the large framed lady. It was very awkward and unnecessary. About 4 minutes later the ceremony had concluded and we were all just shaking our heads. Not very classy on their part. Anyway we did the photos and headed back to the hotel.

We later called them to let them know that we felt the intrusion from the cashier was rude and unnecessary and when we told them that the $50 "donation" kindly left by one of our guests was in our opinion way too generous we were informed that all donations are placed into a safe and not checked for a few days. I know, strange business practice. Maybe a little too unbelievable if you know what I mean. So if you're planning to marry here do not feel any pressure to leave a large donation (remember though $40 is their minimum donation requirement). In fact feel no pressure to leave any donation at all. If I could do it all over again I would have placed monopoly money in there. After all, all donations are safely locked away for several days and all are anonymous.
