The figures looked nothing like the people they were meant to be, the displays were pathetic and without doubt very out of date. I have been fortunate to visit Tussauds in London on many occasions and at least there they have some realism, they ought to be ashamed of their show in Vegas.
I noted that you were able to take photos freely, until you arrived at the latest figure of the new President then they wanted to rip you off for one of their very over priced photos.

Being that wax museums are typically just hubs for thousands of tourists, I tend to shy away from visiting them, but I decided to visit Madame Tussauds on a visit to Las Vegas recently and ended up having a great time. It's almost creepy how life-like the statues are, and it's really interesting and fun to interact with them like they let you. I found a print out coupon on www.destinationcoupons.com for $4 off of an all day admission, and a 2 for 1 admission after 7pm. Not only did I get those great deals, but the actual attraction was a ton of fun!

I love how you can touch the statues and pose with them. We have a lot of really cute pictures from that visit. Some you might even be able to fool someone with. They had the statues seperated by genre and for the most part they were very good replicas. There wasn't any wait time to get in and there was no pressure to move from statue to statue. You can easily spend 45 min to an hour in here depending on if your stopping and taking pictues with the statues. My husband and I had lots of fun being goofy possing with the "celebrities"

I love going to the wax museum. All the wax people look like who they were supposed to be. It was fun taking photos with them. I love in the gift shop they have David Cooperfield floating on the celing. The only bad ting was some of the exhibits needed cleaning up and remodled. Also the horror part was beeing rebult and some guy jump out at us and sacred the living day lights out of me and I wanted to punch him. All in all it was tottally cool.
