This is the BEST tour in Vegas, regardless if you're on vacation, or a local. There are 5$ off coupons too. The guide, Bobbie, actually met with a former hit man for the mob, and shares things on the tour that you can't find in ANY book or documentary.
THANK YOU Bobbie and Tina for offering such an awesome tour, & thanks to Maria for setting us up (she's the one who answers the phone).

Going to the tour I didnt really know what to expect. We had just happened to stumble upon the tickets at one of the half price ticket places--we got them for just under $30. We arrived at the Royal Resort (NOT the Casino Royale!) and got there a few minutes late, but the trip manager was very friendly and understanding after telling her that we were directed to the Casino Royale by the half price tickets booth. We loaded up in the 15 passenger van and off we went. Through out the tour it was a mixture of picture/video and the tour guide Bobby (who really knew his stuff). Our experience may have been different because it was not a huge tour group, rather it was very intimate (only three of us) and any questions were gladly answered. Bobby was incredibly knowledgeable and we really learned a great deal--the tour lasted for about 2.5 hours and he held our attention the entire time! Tina, the tour manager, even gave us 2 for 1 drinks at the bar after we finished the tour. This was one of the highlights from our weekend in Vegas and if I were to choose, I'd do it over again without a doubt. Five stars hands down!

If you are a Mob buff you will love this tour. Very informative. A lot of bang for the buck. These folks have gone to great lengths to check their facts and it shows. The tour lasts 2.5 hours and they take you to many locations throughout Las Vegas where events actually happened. Part of the tour involves walking through the Flamingo Hotel which was a big plus. Our tour guide Adam Flowers was great. He was interesting, informative and knew the subject well. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Las Vegas.

Wow! What a fantastic tour! My wife and i are both very interested in the sordid history of Las Vegas and the mob, and were delighted to find the Las Vegas Mob Tour available during our recent trip to Vegas. Our tour was on a Sunday evening and started bang on time (at 6pm) from the Royal Resort Hotel and Casino on Convention Center Drive. The tour guide came into the hotel reception area where we were waiting at a pleasant bar enjoying a drink before the tour. He was a tall chap, dressed as a gangster in a pinstripe suit and gangster hat and was immediately "in character" right from the start. I can't remember his name but he made us laugh with his fabulous mob personna and his accent (being from Chicago) was just perfect for this tour! There was about 6 people on our bus so it felt very much like a personal tour which made it even better. The mini coach we boarded was very nice and comfortable and the video system screen at the front was clear and easy to see. The tour guide was very, very knowledgeable and encouraged questions from the group which he answered with enthusiasm and accuracy. You could really tell that this guy knew his stuff and really knew how to deliver his story and keep people very interested all the way through. The coach made several stops, including Bugsy Siegel's memorial at the Flamingo, and our guide talked at length and in detail about each place we visited. I was absolutely hooked and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Sure, you should probably see the movie "Casino" before going on this tour, but then who hasn't seen this epic blockbuster of a film?! Yes, the guide makes references to the movie throughout the tour, and if you have seen the movie then great, but if you havent, it's no big deal. You can still easily follow the story. Don't listen to the whiners on here, just go on the tour and enjoy yourself!

Don't waste your money. We met at the Royal Court to begin the tour. About half way through the tour the buses video system broke down leaving us with only audio. The guide kept repeating himself and kept skipping back and forth giving names of mobsters we had never heard of because he had no video to follow. The bus stopped four times either in parking lots or along the street for us to look out the window at darkened buildings while he kept rambling off names. The last stop was at the Flamingo Casino where we got off to see the memorial to Bugsy Segal. We went back to the bus only to learn that it was broken down. We were told by the guide to find our own way back to the Royal Court the best way possible, either by bus or taxi at our own expense. Upon arriving we spoke to the tour manager about getting our money back because of the break down in equipment not allowing us to see the whole tour. She was very rude and told us we were at the last stop of the tour and she wasn't responsible to give us any refunds. We wasted our time and money only to be rude. to.
