By the time you read this review it will probably be too late. We usually don't know we are going to buy a cup of ice cream until we are at the ice cream store, so it's not the type of place that we research before we visit. This is what happened to us. We were at the Caesar's Forum shops, it was a hot day, and I saw a gelato stand across from FAO Schwartz. It was only after it was served that I learned it was $17.95. Yes, the price was probably posted near the register, but not in such a way that I noticed. I would have thought I read it wrong anyway. And yes, the gelato tasted fine. But it was not spectacular, and definately not something I would pay so much for ever again. As I sat down I heard someone talking on her cell phone: "I can't believe I am eating a $17 cup of ice cream!" Maybe that's what the store wants you to remember - the time you treated yourself to a very expensive cup of gelato!

A must-see when on the Strip! Even if you're not into shopping or don't wanna spend loads (mostly expensive designer shops), I recommend you go and see this beautiful place! You'll be delighted with the decor. Some good dinning, too!

Ok, you need to see the Shops at Ceasar. WOW. Now don't look for bargains but this is a remarkable shopping area. Ceilings that look like sky. Gelatto stand in front of FAO Toy store a MUST! Worth every penny. The fall of atlantis show is OK. Kids may enjoy. If you happen to be there when the show starts watch, otherwise don't make a special trip. There is also another show where a statue of Ceasar talks. Same as the other. If you are there watch, but don't rush to make the show. The shops are in general loud so the show is hard to hear.

The shopping area here is definitely something you should see while in Vegas. They have many different things to look at and lots of neat shops; however, the prices are a bit high most places.

They have a very neat Fall of Atlantis show at the end of the forum and that turned out to be quite fun. The animated statues look somewhat dated, but the show's effect was overall very nicely done and worth a peek. We really liked it.

While this is first and foremost a (very) high end shopping mall there is more to do here, without spending a penny. It's great for people watching (there are plenty of comfortable benches, my friend practically fell asleep) and there are plenty of restaurants (well that costs much more than a penny.) There are also two sets of moving statues with performances hourly. The original set with Bacchus telling everyone to party, and a show about the fall of Atlantis featuring fancier special effects and flame. At the base of the latter statues is a large aquarium with a wide variety of fish to watch. Free tours of the "backstage" of the Aquarium are given Mon-Fri at 3:15...I took the tour and enjoyed it. The persons responsible for the fish are quite knowledgeable and take the task quite seriously. And it makes a nice change of pace from all the glitter of the mall.
