Place is not big, but is very clean. Excellent and friendly service. We had the family meal. It came with tons of meat and sides. Cabbage with bacon was great, mac and cheese to die for, cornbread that is so good. Baby backs with not too much sauce had EXCELLENT flavor, and were meaty. Tender. Prices reasonable, and left a nice big tip we were so pleased. Desserts look good, but no room in stomach for those.

With all the wonderful food in Vegas, this place is simply fantastic. From the wonderful "family" like service to the incredible food, I was only in Vegas for a week but went back TWICE! Had trouble finding it at first because the outside of the shop looked like a Teriyaki type shop, but don't let that fool you. Clean, great portions, great price, but simply INCREDIBLE FOOD! So great, when I got home, I submitted TC's Rib Crib to "Local Pics" by "TripAdvisor" just to share how fantastic it was. And I live in Seattle! Went with my brother from Texas, home of the World's best BBQ, and he too agreed best he ever had. Is that endorsement, or what?
