Yes, the resturant is open...supposed to be VERY good food. I'm glad Heather won also. I liked Virginia, I just don't think she had it in her to be tough like Heather. Let us know how the food is there at the chophouse.

We didn't eat there when we stayed at Red Rock, but it's a beautiful restaurant. Rated $$$$ on Citysearch which according to their key is over $40 a person

I called the Red Rock today to inquire about the restuarant being opened and was told that the Gordon Ramsey restaurant would not be open until 2007!

I take it the Gordon Ramsey restaurant is the one that they sending Heather to. So much for visiting it !!! Have to wait untill next time!

Get there while you can and add Southcoast to the list before they close the doors from bankruptcy.
