travel1122: You don't say where you're staying, or how you're getting around, but we just had dinner at a relatively new restaurant (about 1 year old) at the "Green Valley Ranch" casino in Henderson/Green Valley.

It's called "Hank's Fine Steaks & Martinis", and I have to say that it was simply fantastic.... I don't usually go off about restaurants, but this was one of the best places I have been to in quite awhile.... great atmosphere, superb food, excellent service, and a wine list ranging from very modest to obscenely over-the-top. All in a very hip, urban, yet down-to-earth and convivial atmosphere.

They have accommodations for two to 20, and handle every situation with aplomb.

You may want to check them out, if you don't mind the drive down to Green Valley (about 20 minutes or so, depending on traffic).
