Anyone know of any New Years Parties, I'm thinking up to $150ish for an open bar, no bottle service or anything too pricey, which has a balcony or outdoor area and a view of the fireworks?
Thanks.

There will be a number of New Years parties once NY's Eve rolls in.
Some parties are private and open to invited guest of hotels only, these are usually free.
Some parties will be open to all guests of the hotel for a price.
Tons of parties off strip and on strip will be available for a price.
Downtown usually has a big party going on.
The Strip itself is closed down for a huge party all free.
Fireworks are usually abundent but this year with the economy one has to wait and see....
Diablo's in front of the Monte Carlo. Other than that, you will mostly just be wondering the steets or be stuck inside.
Voo Doo Lounge at the Rio. Not on the strip.
Ghost Bar at the Palms. Also not on the strip.
Once it gets close to New Years, all the Casino's will only let you enter with a room key.
The new Hard Rock Cafe on the strip that will open in September looks like they are going to have a big balcony on the second level. It's between Planet Hollywood and MGM Grand.
