“ AAA discounts for UK AA members??? ”

Hello

Sorry if this a bit of a random post but i was wondering if anyone can help?

I've been told that as a member of the AA in the UK i can book hotels online using the AAA discount option. Is this correct?

I've tried emailing the AA but never recieved a reply, and just wondered if anyone on here knew the answer or has done this?

Hi

We've received discounts before on hotels (walk ins) and attractions such as museums, by showing an AA card. There's no harm in asking. The worst that can happen is that you'll be told "no". Not sure if this applies to you, but it's worth noting that discounts are often available for "seniors", and in many places a senior is classed as 55 years or over!

Here in the U.S. "AA" can refer to American Airlines or Alcoholics Anonymous! I know that Canadian members of CAA are eligible, but you may want to e-mail the hotel in question ahead of time if AA itself has been of no help so far.
