The 108 bus ( Paradise route) does go right by the Hilton on it's route from LAS to Downtown. You catch it outside "zero level" at the Airport- which is down the escalator in the rear of the baggage claim- where many limos park. Turn right outside the door and look for the bus bench under a canopy. There are numbered spots and the bus stop is next to #23. Two buses 108 and 109 stop at LAS- you want 108- $1.75 pp They run about every half hour.
At the moment, I can't visualize how far up from the bus stop on the street you have to walk to the Hilton's entrance- but I'd only suggest it if you have light luggage or a roller bag.
The 108 does not stop at the Hilton. You would have to get off at Desert Inn Road or Sahara. They are both a little under 1/2 a mile from the Hilton. Maybe you can take the monorail from the Sahara station back to the Hilton- but I am not sure. Check the monorail site.

Google maps shows the 108 stoping right in front of the Hilton. The schedule on the RTC web site does list Desert Inn Road and Sahara as time points but there are intermediate stops between those two.
Yes, we have stopped to pick up people going to the Outlet Mall at the bus bench right in front of the Hilton on the 108 route just about every time we've taken it. I just can't visualize how far the Hilton's entrance door is from that bus bench- I seem to recall a fairly long driveway- but not sure. The points on those bus schedules are for time estimates only- there are many intermediate stops between them - you pull the chain or push the stop requested button- depending on the type of bus- if you don't see anyone waiting at the stop as you approach the stop in front of the Hilton. There's prety much always someone waiting to board there in my experience.
I checked Google Maps and it list the closest bus stop for 108 from the Airport to the Hilton as being at the intersection of Paradise and Riviera- and lists the walk from that stop to the Hilton as taking 1 minute. It appears on the map to be right in front of the Hilton at it's driveway .
