I would say to cut down Tropicana to Maryland Parkway, make a left and go to Albertsons on Maryland and Flamingo. Then Flamingo will take you right across the strip to the Rio.

If you want to save a few bucks exit airport via Swenson, take a right on Tropicana go about a mile (Maryland Pkw) to Von's Grocery store. Whe done head northon Maryland to Flamingo, turn left and go to RIO.

If price is no big deal and time is, there is a "C" store right across the street from RIO at the light. But the prices will be higher at a "C" store, but a lot cheaper than RIO.

Forgot to add if you do the "C" store thing exit airport via tunnel to I-215 > I-15 > Flamingo exit and you are there, Hang a left at the light on exit ramp, Rio on right, "C" store on left at next light one-block away from exit
