I was wondering if vegas is busy in August? I am going on my honeymoon there next year and also dont know where to stay....The Wynn or Caesars Palace. Is one better than the other for a honeymoon? Both of us are in our 20's. Thanks!

Vegas is always busy but August is a good time to go if you can stand the heat. I would say CP for location. When we were thinking of honeymooning in Vegas (we chose elsewhere) it was Bellagio and nowhere else. Its romantic, classy and the perfect setting for a honeymoon, IMO.

If you are looking at the Wynn why not throw in the Venetian or the Belliago as possibilities since price doesn't seem to be much an issue. I just figure you would want your options as open as possible since the most expensive hotel in Vegas is on your list. Can anyone out there recommend the best honeymoon experience for someone there age? Of course you maybe set on those two hotels and if so power to you and ignore this post.

Jason

Its not that I want to spend good money on a room, I just want a nice room I can spend time in. We stayed at NY NY the last time we were in vegas and loved it(Its just not the honeymoon type)! Me and my fiance are more laid back people, but we do like to do out of the ordinary things. I feel that the venetian and the belagio have alot of non hotel guests coming in and out.

I would stay at the Wynn, you can't go wrong, it's an awsome place. Not sure how the pool is there but I'm sure it's A+. You can walk across the street to the forum shoppes and telling everyone you stayed at the Wynn for your honeymoon will have people in envy of you.

Have a blast!!

Anytime in Vegas it's hot really, but for the hotels-I have stayed at Caesars Palace and Venetian several times. THE hotel at Mandalay Bay has beautiful rooms and the Wynn rooms are also quiet nice. With the Venetian there is a lot of people in and out it seems with the shops, but the rooms are nice. Out of the two The Caesars Palace is nice, but I think the Wynn suites would be more romantic. (Do check out the Bellagio rooms, a very classy hotel and romantic)

Congrats and have fun!
