We decided to try out Diablo's for margarita's and appetizers on the way back from shopping (about 4pm), There was many empty tables, but the bars were crowded. Well, when we tried to get a table (tired from walking/shopping), the snotty hostess said we could only have a table if we ordered a FULL MEAL. Sorry, Diablos, since I am... more

We were looking for a place to sit down, preferably outside on a patio setting on an early Vegas evening recently and couldnt resist this pub, with the music playing and the crowd inside being festive. It didnt take but maybe a minute to get seated along the sidewalk so we could enjoy a cocktail or two and "people watch"... more

The menu was pretty limited and the food portions were very small. The margaritas were great, but pretty pricey. more

First we were not greeted by a hostess and when I finally asked her for a seat she was bothered with us, I thought maybe because it was a warm hot summer day. So we sat down and no one ever served us so I walked up to the margarita bar and asked the bartender there if I could purchase... more

Overpriced margaritas, overpriced mediocre food. I ordered the spicy shrimp casadilla , which was supposed to be loaded with shrimp, and maybe there were 5 tiny shrimp in each cut section. I believe the cost of that was $17.00, which is ridiculous. There was nothing in it but cheese and a few shrimp. Fantastic location is all they have going... more

I was pretty excited to try out Diablo's, becuase it looks really fun from the outside and always had a steady stream of people when we walked by. I was really disappointed. We had to wait at least 20 minutes or so over our quoted wait time. Our service was really slow when the server did show up, but service... more

Have been coming to Vegas for many years and fancied trying Diablos since it opened, so last night I did and am glad I have got it out of my system as I won't be going again! Was seated at bar whilst waiting for food and was blanked by bartender for a least 10 mins. When finally served I ordered... more

I totally don't get it. Why build this mediocre, bland, overpriced pit MGM-Mirage? They messed up the entrance to Monte Carlo and put in a Mexican bar/restaurant. The location is cool...but the place just isn't that special. Typical drinks...but if you deviate from the 'specials' be prepared to pay lots. We had the sampler appetizer platter. It was ok. Nothing... more

We went to Diablos on a Sunday night and found it to be a lively place to eat. We had about a ten minute wait before we were seated. To start we ordered guacamole and a pitcher of house margaritas, which we found to be reasonably priced and very good. The portion size of both our dinner entrees was more... more
