Met the owner's daughter at the airport in Denver - we were all flying into Las Vegas together. She suggested we go to Potato Valley.... so we did. It was GREAT!! A great corporate concept that is only satisfactorily executed by this Las Vegas franchisee. The food is great, but the service seemed unorganized and confused. The decor was too basic when paired with the very professionally and attractively prepared corporate menus and signage and advertising.
