We went to Mamacita's based on Trip Advisors reviews. First of all, the neighborhood is not good, neither the persons who walk around the restaurant. Second of all, the restaurant has acceptable cleanness but the bathrooms are kind of scary and dirty. Third, our food was mistakenly delivered to a wrong table (just two tables were occupied in the restaurant)... more

This place is located on East Fremont across the street from the El Cortez. It has Mexican and Cuban food. I've had Mexican food before and really wanted to taste some Cuban food. In fact it was so good we went back for our last night's dinner. Authentic, delicious and generous portions of Cuban and Mexican food. Friendly service. Cute and clean. Reasonably priced. Walk that half block down Fremont St and give them some of that cash you won on the slots. more

Mamacitas of Las Vegas is a small Mexican/Cuban restaurant located on Fremont Steet, across the street from the El Cortez Hotel/Casino.
