We had the pleasure of experiencing lunch at Cafe Bleu. The food was beautifully presented and the taste..excellent. Our waiters, Eric and Julian, were very professional and kind. They were very helpful and knowlegeable and had the perfect posture and sense of humor to make our experience fun and enjoyable. If you have the opportunity...give it a try. You will... more

Cafe Bleu is the onsite restaurant at the Las Vegas Culinary Academy. It's a ways from the Strip but well worth the trip. The restaurant is staffed by the students of the academy and they work very hard to impress you.
