A taste of old school Italian fine dinning where you might expect to see old mafia gurus sitting around discussing business. My husband and I ate at Cosmos twice during our one week stay in Las Vegas. We had great food and excellent service both times. We will definitely go back next time we are in town. Be sure to try the spagetti and meatballs. Cosmo makes them himself and they are excellent! more

Cosmos is by far one of the best Italian restaurants I have come by in years. The owner has put his signature on his food and staff. wonderful quite hidaway, Great staff and food. very reasonable with good portions. Hotel looked nice too from the lobby anyway. Royal Hotel is where the restaurant is located. Must be the best kept secrete. more
