We had our wedding reception at Cosmo's Cafe. I have to say that Cosmo and his employees made it the best experience we could have hoped for. They even stayed open a couple of extra hours for us. And I have to say he makes the best ravioli I have ever had. more

A taste of old school Italian fine dinning where you might expect to see old mafia gurus sitting around discussing business. The owner Tony Cosmos is a character... you might say somewhat like Al Pachino or Robert Deniro sort of guy. He makes you feel right at home and treats you like family. My husband and I ate at Cosmos twice during our one week stay in Las Vegas. We had great food and excellent service both times. We will definitely go back next time we are in town. Be sure to try the spagetti and meatballs. Cosmo makes them himself and they are excellent! more
Cosmos is by far one of the best Italian restaurants I have come by in years. The owner has put his signature on his food and staff. I have sampled almost everything on the menu and found everything above average. The atmosphere is intimate, secluded and away from the crazy strip. wonderful quite hidaway, Great staff and food. very reasonable with good portions. Hotel looked nice too from the lobby anyway. Royal Hotel is where the restaurant is located. Must be the best kept secrete. more
