This was the first place I ate at with my girlfriend in Las Vegas, and it actually exceeded the high expectations I had of a 1 star Michelin restaurant. We did not want to spend hundreds on a meal, so we both had the L'Unique menu - a 3 course meal on a single large square plate....sort of a fine... more

Joel Robuchon built his reputation on green salad and mashed potato, His ability to elevate French classic dishes is unparalleled. His culinary skills and work ethics are now legendary in France. Recipient of the prestigious MOF, Robuchon is a chef among the chefs. L' Atelier is a great opportunity to sample some of Robuchon's specialties. I always felt the around... more

Went on August, L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon, (MGM Grand Hotel,Las Vegas, NV) THE glam spot of Las Vegas, you seat in a counter that faces the kitchen. You can watch how your menu is cooked. The service is correct and courteous, the decor is in red velvet, that’s gorgeous. We asked for the summer menu, the food was well cooked,... more

We appreciated the master arts of the staff and cooks at the atelier. Fun views on the kitchen operations. The food and wine was exquisite. The only suggested change is to make some of the side dishes such as the salads more affordable. We didn't want the programmed "fast lane" theater menu and thoroughly enjoyed our selections but would have... more

I had great expectations. The waitress at the desk was very helpfull and really kind. We were a party of 5. The service was good to very good. We had a great table and the atmosphere was nice. But then the food. The food was not good at all. Compared to mediocre restaurants it was good but not when it... more

We have eaten at the finest restaurants all over the world and this one rates at the top of our list (we flew here last month for the evening- just to have dinner at L'Atelier for my husband's birthday). The food is understated, meticulously prepared and the blend of flavors is amazing. The foie gras amuse - will tempt you... more

Had the tasting menu sitting at the bar at L'Atelier and it was very nice. We had 5 courses and although the portions looked small there was plently of food. It was beautifully presented and tasted great. The service was attentive (perhaps a little too much) and knowledgeable. It was good value considering it was michelin star food. more

We were staying in Vegas on honeymoon, being foodies we had already scoped out the restaurants we wanted to eat at before going and L'Atelier Joel Robuchon was high on the list. It did not disappoint. Unbeknownst to us the concierge at the MGM had told them we were on honeymoon and we were very well looked after. On arrival... more

We have eaten here twice. I prefer the Atelier over the "Mansion" next door, for a fraction of the price - that is, for similar food. The dishes can taste a bit bland. Maybe I'm too 'robust' and do not have a very fine palate, unable to pick up 'subtleties' but IMO the food could use some intensity. Moreover, ONE... more
