We dined at Diego at the MGM Grand - the restaurant is cool and the food is great. We had the Diego Enchiladas and the Grilled Shrimp Tacos - I recommend both - as well as the Sangria (a bit overpriced but you are on the LV Strip). The entree portions are substantial and the food is delicious - not... more

I thought the atmosphere was right up my alley. It was bright, lively and sexy - exactly what I was expecting. The food didn't live up to my expectations though. My husband and I were referred here by friends of ours. My husband loved his food, but I was left feeling like I missed out on something. I had a... more

Upon being seated, we were impressed with the middle of the restaurant waterfall and sitting on the side of it with tanks you could see through to the other side-- Nothing but bubbles in the tank, but still pretty snazzy nonetheless. The chips and salsa were served on a glass platter with 3 different types of salsa and also 3... more

The selection of tequilla was amazing. We ordered 2 flights each (3 shots of tequilla per flight). Our favorite tequilla is the Casa Nobles and the bar tenders are very friendly. more

Start with the terrible service. Our waiter had a chip on his shoulder for some unknown reason. Sure they make the guacamole at the table, but if they don't listen to what you want or don't want in it, what's the point. Then the meal...the chicken was like rubber, the beans looked like they had been sitting for about 3... more

We went thinking that we would get a great meal. It turned out to be average. The service was poor. Our favorite part of the meal had to be the chips and salsa. Our meals were okay, but not memorable. more
