Tableau is the standard for fine dining in Vegas. From the Poully-Fuisse champagne to the Kobe beef everything was wonderful. Our waiter, Justin, was extremely knowledgeable and did not bat an eye when I ordered Riesling with my Kobe beef, both were excellent.
