Given the James Beard award, I expected this to be the highlight of our trip. We were well acquainted with the Bartolotta brand being from Milwaukee, where Paul co-owns several restaurants. Made a reservation, had to wait a few minutes to be seated. While we waited, I spotted Paul and introduced ourselves and talked about his Milwaukee restaurants a bit.... more

Our 4th visit to this amazing restaurant. Each time has been perfect. Some are more perfect than others--when you get to sit outside by the reflecting pool. Perfect food, great service. This is one of the best restaurants around. We order the whole fish. It is expensive-and you get good value for your $$. more

We were told there were no tables available when we showed up without a reservation. Only about ten percent of the tables were being used. Our player's host at the Wynn fixed that and got us a table. The lobster was mushy and outrageously small and expensive at $100 each. The service was not friendly nor prompt. The waiter helped... more

One of the best meals we have had in a long time. Spent time on Italian Riveria last year and this restaurant does it justice. Each and every course we had was terrific. The clam appetizer was terrific. The seafood pasta and rissoto were both special. We loved being in a small quiet room. The fish was cooked perfectly and... more

My husband and I ate at this restaurant last weekend while on vacation in Las Vegas. Our dining experience was less than stellar. We were expecting spectacular food and we were very disappointed. My husband ordered the gnocchi and it was very overcooked. He sent it back and it came back even more overcooked. I had the penne with scorpion... more

A truly awful dining experience from start to finish. Mediocre food, poor service, way overpriced, dungeon-like ambience. This place should close. more

We booked this restaurant knowing it was expensive but decided to treat ourselves. Our bill for four with one reasonable bottle of wine was over $800.00! Now that that is out of the way, I cannot say enough about how great this meal was. We all ordered the Grand Tasting Menu then just sat back and enjoyed what was being... more

We had a mix-up with our show times and wound up with a 19:15 reservation at Bartolotta before a 21:30 showing of KA at MGM Grand. We were promptly seated in the gorgeous upper dining area, overlooking the downstairs section and with a view through glass doors to the outside. Unfortunately, the outdoor dining seating in cabanas surrounding a pool... more

We ate here last week. The food was very good. My husband says this is 4 stars for him, I would go with 3.5. My salad with arugula and mushrooms and pecorino, very tasty. We shared a snapper, which the waiter filleted tableside. We had a sauce with olive oil, parsley. We also shared a bottle of wine. Total price... more
