Unlike other people on here, I am not going to claim to know everything there is to know about French chefs and cuisine, but my husband and I were looking for a nice dinner out, and after reading great things about Hubert Keller, we picked Fleur De Lys. We were not disappointed! We picked a four course menu, and all... more
On our trip to Vegas, this has been the best restaurant so far. Most of the restaurants are about the same cost; $70 per person. However, this one is actually worth the money. The service is very personal and very attentive. The ambiance is unbeatable. And most importantly, the food is the best. The onion soup and short ribs were... more
at 8pm on a thursday evening, we are the ONLY 2 people in the restaurant!?!? The service was terrible (actually better at McDonalds). We got the wine flight to go along with the dinnner! (the waiter couldn't tell us what we were drinking!) The food was not good, in fact if you are here to be surrounded by flowers..... Here... more

I had the 7 course tasting menu and absolutely everything they brought was the most delicious version of that food that I have ever had. We had the holiday tasting menu on Christmas, it was fantastic. Each course seemed to build and get better and better. The tuna tartar melted in your mouth. The onion soup almost made me cry. The skate salad was divine. The staff was unpretentious. Expensive but well worth it! more
Dec 1, 2008 My spouse and I had the Chef's tasting menu with wine pairings and had an great meal. The onion soup was definitely the favorite of the 8 courses. Wines were good (and plentiful). The staff was friendly and really contributed to our evening. We would definitely dine here again next time we are in town more
