Delicious food, friendly service. Pleasant experience all the way around. We ordered pork dumplings, garlic pork tenderloin and the Singapore Curry noodles -- all were wonderful. If you find yourself at Mandalay Bay, and you like Asian food, definitely give the Noodle Shop a go! more
Dumplings - excellent Grandfathers chicken (sweet&sour chicken) - excellent (I ordered this dish not spicy) Champagne - Brut...2 glasses Jack the waiter - excellent ! The atmosphere is casual so whatever you wear would be fine. The restaurant decor was very soothing, nice colors and patterns with high, comfortable booths. I would definitely go back to this restaurant. more
We chose the Noodle Bay in Mandalay for the tofu choices on the menu. The vegetable options, plus the tofu options all contain PORK. They were completely unapologetic and did not undertand the problem at all. more
The restaurant is just a little well-lighted nook off the casino floor at Mandalay Bay. We ate there twice on our trip, same foodserver both times, very gracious and attentive.
