I so wish I could remember the name of our waiter, because he very much enhanced our experience. But all I remember is that he's from New England. We had lunch at the Capital Grille last week and it was outstanding from salad to dessert, very good service and friendly and attentive staff. I'll return as soon as possible. Amazing steaks! more
Good business lunch menu. The staff gets you in and out fairly quickly for lunch. more
My wife and I went for lunch in March. She had the Maine Lobster Salad and I had the Prime Rib Sandwich. Both were perfectly prepared and expertly served. Excellent experience! We waited briefly for an excellent table recommended by the hostess (well worth the wait). Great view of the city lights. I go to Vegas about 3 times per year. I consider myselft a Steak expert. I always google "best steak in Vegas" and make it a point to visit a top 10 ranked steakhouse in Vegas on every trip. Dining there on 12/28/07 I was surprised to find a bug crawling from the plate my steak was served on. The busser who was cleaning off the table next to us, witnessed this and called the server over who kindly offered me another steak! Food might be good but the lack of ability to deal with an issue was unacceptable.... more
