10-20-09 We ate at the Sahara Casino Buffet after getting a discount card to save $5.00 a person ($8.99 a person + tax). I tossed mine in the trash afterwards. Will never go back there again. Folks, you can do better at Hometown Buffet and get more quality food. We were surprised how few people were there for dinner. This... more

What's with the gravy? The food was actually OK, a lovely huge slice of beef, decent mash & then the gravy. The gravy looked delicious - unfortunately that's it. It was awful & ruined a plate of otherwise good food. Look, the bottom line is that it looks cheap, it is cheap, so expect no more than that. It filled... more

Iam not going to pull any punches with this place it really needs to be closed. We were looking to save a little money feeding three kids so we acted on the sign on the strip "Cheapest Buffet on the strip". When we walked in and asked for directions from valet to the location of Buffet I should have caught... more

We ate there this past May and McDonald's across the street would have been better. The wait staff were rude and would not serve us, we finally got up and got our own drinks. It was going on 12 noon and they still had breakfast food out (cold) and hard breads (day old) I guess since we were the only... more

It is unfortunate that this buffet has fallen to the lows it has. My husband and I were last in Vegas in 2003 and had a good buffet dinner here. Far from gourmet, but tasted good and was inexpensive compared to others. Well, it was horrible now! The food was cool at best, thrown into the trays like pig slop... more

Has to be the worst buffet in town. Well, The Plaza on Fremont Street might be worse but it's not even trying to be decent. This is the food those all-you-can-eat buffet places like Golden Corral and Old Country Buffet won't serve. Anything they won't take goes to the Sahara. They don't even do breakfast well. It must be really... more

On a Saturday morning, we thought we'd probably be paying $7 for breakfast. No, it was champagne brunch for $14.99. Even though it was 8 am, they had lunch food out as well as breakfast. Drinks were self serve. I didn't see any champagne. If I had been offered champagne, I would have drank it even though I don't care... more
