This is our 3rd visit to Las Vegas and not our last and definately not our last to Ellis Island. I found Ellis Island Casino on trip advisor so we thought we would give it a try. Not too impressive from the outside just down the road from Ballys and Bills but don't be fooled its a great little casino... more

Went for the chicken and ribs only to find they were served at a different restaurant, and not available at the time I dined, Order was incorrect and food average, beer ordinary and service not great. Following the meal, I sat at a Casino's slot machine. When the waitress came around to offer drinks, I was told to put more... more

This is buy far the best deal in Vegas.. $6.95 steak dinner isnt on the menu. You simply ask the server for it ! You get a Beer or root beer if you choose, Salad, Potato, Veggie and a 10 once Sirloin Filet. Not to be confused with a tenderloin filet.. Its awsome price for the quality you get.. I... more

I Liked the food here, reasonably priced, huge portions, get the steak special, it was lovely. Other people we went with ordered, I think, battered chicken it came in a funny white sauce but it was nice, just letting people know that what you order may not be what you expect more

Dined here every time I stay in Vegas and the food is great. It gets very busy as lots of locals and taxi drivers use it. Well worth a visit. A 10 oz sirloin steak, 2 eggs, potatoes, toast and coffee for breakfast costs $7 and it is superb. Menu is very varied and I have enjoyed every meal I... more

This place is great. $9.00 with players card for 1/2 a chicken 1/2 rack of ribs, coleslaw, baked beans, corn on the cob and toast. Ate here both times I came to Vegas this year. Havent had the steak deal in the main resteraunt yet but I am sure it is just as good. more

Saw Ellis Island from our room in Ballys so went for breakfast. Could not believe the prices and portion sizes. Service is good, friendly and the place was packed. $4 gets you a full plate of breakfast with tea/coffee and it was hot and tasty, with air conditioning so you can enjoy it. Went back for dinner twice because it... more

We had heard so much about this place that we went for dinner during our 5 day stay. I can see why some people would consider this place a little seedy. But honestly, that's what we like... Cheap food, gambling and seedy ambience. Life doesn't get any better than that.. 4 of us ate w/ alcohol for $40!!! I had... more

Having wanted to go to Ellis Island for quite a few years, I finally got my wish on this visit to Vegas. If you are up for a 15 minute walk, head down Flamingo, pass The Westin and hang a right at the light. It's not more than a 3 minute walk from The Westin, probably 15 - 20minutes from... more
