My wife and I love watching Bobby Flay on the Food Network. I had seen Mesa Grill in Caesar's Palace during my last visit to Vegas, but didn't get to go in. After a long day walking and shopping, we were looking for a place to sit and grab a glass of wine. We decided to stop in Mesa Grill,... more

Didn't know what to expect from Bobby Flay as I don't watch too many cooking shows. I struggled with the menu and didn't actually think i would like anything - it's not your average menu. I ordered an asparagus salad to start which was fresh and just what i needed. My main was grouper - absolutely delicious! I was worried... more

My husband and I were in Las Vegas for a long weekend celebrating our first half-anniversary. We'd already had great meals for two nights, and were actually becoming a bit ovewhelmed by all the food. We had intended to just walk by Mesa Grill as we were wandering around Caesar's, but then decided to go in for a drink. It... more

We really wanted to go to Mesa, and went for lunch with no reservations. After a short wait, we got our table. Our waiter came over quickly and rattled off the specials. Now, I don't want this to sound mean and someone will take it the wrong way, but he had such a thick accent we had NO idea what... more

I went to Mesa expecting great things----the posted reviews were positive and I'd heard great things about Bobby Flay restaurants. I was amazed, however, and how poor the Mesa experience was. The decor is nice and the location is great---its convenient to walk to and easy to find. The facility was clean and the kitchen is in plain view which... more

The service here was very good, and I was impressed with the food. For some reason when I was invited here, I was expecting a Mexican food restaurant and while there is certainly a Mexican flair to the food, I'd categorize it as southwestern. My selection was the fire roasted veal chop, which had a great presentation. The best item... more

We dined here on 10/16/09 after the Bette Midler show. Our res was at 9:15 but the show let out late and we were seated at 9:30. The waiter was very effecient and knowledgeable about the menu and very helpful in helping us with our selections. My husband had the grilled asparagus salad to start which was very good. Plenty... more

Delicious and expertly prepared food starring flavors from Bobby Flay's Southwest. We arrived early for our 10pm reservation and were seated immediately. A delicate salmon and tuna tartare appetizer came with two sauces, one a wasabi/horseradish, the other more smoky/Southwestern. The bread basket included two-color corn muffins, a raisin and nut bread, and jalapeno cheese bread. My pork tenderloin with... more

We started our meal with the Yucatan chicken appetizer. For $15.00, you get three small tacos. The chicken was ok, the sauce was incredible. My wife ordered the cornmeal crusted chili relleno. It was the best we've ever tasted, incredible. My halibut was very average, the sauce was good, but my fish was a little overcooked. For desert we split... more
