We stayed at the LV Hilton and ate at the buffet for breakfast twice, and dinner twice. I do not have one bad thing to say about the food at this buffet. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful variety, omelettes made to order, crisp bacon, sausage, corned beef hash, french toast, pancakes, cereals, juices, croissants, bagels, lox, large variety of... more

Not the best on the strip, but the price is reasonable, no wait, there's no smoking, & it's in a small area so less walking. made-to-order stations include meats, omelettes, etc depending on the meal/time. Includes crab legs & shrimp at times. All dinners & brunch include free wine & beer. Service is good & great at times. Overall it's... more

I went to the Hilton buffet for breakfast out of convenience, but I'm glad it wasn't a "destination". If you are staying there, or are in a pinch for time before going to the convention center, it's a decent option. However, if time is not an issue for breakfast (and you don't have a comp), I would say to spend... more

The food here is not good, but the combination of that and the price make it a 1/5 for me. There is a little variety and much of what is there isn't even hot. Take the monorail to Paris and eat at their buffet. more

We had a free ticket to eat at the LV Hilton Buffet – rate this one a MINUS zero on any scale! Yuk yukky… we had eaten here on our first trip in ’04 and did not like it then but thought it had to have improved in 4 years – so since it was free we decided to eat... more

I was a bit concerned after reading a few of these reviews but found that the negative reviews were all wrong. We went to the buffet for Sunday brunch ($17.99 p/p) and Sunday dinner (30 people @ $17.99+ $2.00 cake cutting fee p/p...we brought our own wedding cake). I called ahead and booked the room to the side for dinner... more

There are many other LV buffets that are much better. Below average selection where nothing impressed me. Maybe worth it for early morning breakfast... but I'd try other buffets first. more

Tried this buffet for dinner in November, not impressed for the price, it was just your typical buffet, the all you can drink wine was like water and so was the beer. If I remember correctly, I think it was ahout $19.00 a person plus tax and not worth it. The dinning area was not very clean. It was really... more

Had the pleasure of partaking of Sunday Brunch at the Buffet with a group of co-workers, and we all ADORED it. There was a huge variety of foods, and not just "typical" brunch foods, they also had a small pasta station, along with the usual offerings like an omelet and crepe station, prime rib, ham, scrambled eggs, pancakes, fruit, hot... more
