According to our check, we had Tea for 2, (2) Group B’s, a Group D and a Group E. I believe these translate into a ground shrimp cake on grilled green pepper, pork dumplings, crab balls and lo mein. Everything was very good as was the service more

I had dimsum at Ping Pang Pong in Gold Coast Casino on Sunday 12/28/08. I was with a party of five adults and one child. We arrived at 11am and was seated at 11:40am even with our Emerald card, which gives us priority seating. Many people were in line and some just went to the front of the line to... more
I admit I was not all that excited about trying this restaurant, first because of the name. I am a fan of fairly authentic chinese food, not so much of the "sweet and sour chicken ball" variety. I thought the name sounded goofy so the food would be too. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was very good, very fresh,... more
Ping Pang Pong, located on the casino floor in The Gold Coast Casino on Flamingo Road is simply some of the best Asian Cuisine in the city. This unassuming cafe can be easily overlooked if you are not aware of it, as it looks more like a cafeteria than a Chinese restaurant. The menu is extensive and offers something for... more

I got a... more

This restaurant is quite impressive, I've been to many dim sum restaurants in the San Jose area (Milpitas, Cupertino both have large Taiwanese-American populations and many very nice dim sum restaurants) and I was astounded at the selection of items at Ping Pang Pong. The selection of items outstripped that of my usual restaurants and the dishes were quite authentic.... more
I don't think there are many choices for dim sum in Vegas. Luckily, Ping Pang Pong is pretty good (I was very surprised). PPP is located inside the Gold Coast Casino, which is a shame if you, like me, hate cigarette smoke. Dim sum goes from 10am-3pm on weekends, maybe everyday (call about that one). I went on a Sunday... more
