We went to the Saturday Brunch. After awhile, we noticed others with Champagne. Turns out it was included, but our server didn't bother to tell us. This is a poor excuse for a buffet. Whoever runs it ought to be fired. The food is sad, badly presented, the servers energyless, the patrons and their needs an after thought at best. Ate here Friday, 11/17 evening. Before Harrah's took over, the shrimp were peeled and the crab legs were already split open. That made it special, quick and enjoyable. Having eaten at many buffets, I have to rate this as one of the worst. The omlet station was super slow. The rest of the food was mediocre at best (most was only luke warm). There was an egg and tomato dish that was not even edible. The breakfast buffet at Harrah's was far far superior. more
