My husband and I went to Craftsteak as our first dinner out in Vegas last Sunday. We didn’t have reservations and they still seated us right away. The service was super slow though, not only with us, but we noticed two other tables sitting forever without drinks or menus or bread. You would think with five different people waiting on... more

This is one place you must go to with enough time to enjoy your dinner. This is a family style dinner, so work on your appetite. The salads are a bit over priced for what you get; however, everything else is well worth the price. We ordered the Caesar salad, scallops, surf&turf, corn (special order without onions), lava cake and... more

I know it's easy to criticize, but I was expecting a lot more from Craft, given the owner. I agree with some of the other reviewers that the decor is bland. And, I personally do not enjoy the concept of the long bench seat with tables along it. We were seated next to some very vocal guests and could barely... more

Craftsteak offered the chefs specialties for parties of 4 or more. My husband had been on an earlier trip to Vegas and said it was out of this world! My son, was 8 at the time. He absolutely loved the Hawaiian Tiger prawns flown in fresh daily! He has a top 10 list and rates Craftsteak number 1. This is... more

My husband and I love Top Chef but disagree on Tom - I think he is a fairly mean judge and my husband thinks he is great. On our last trip to Vegas, we decided to see if his food matched the standards he holds the contestants to. It did beyond my expectations. The food was simple, elegant, and absolutely... more

We had the Summer menu, which was served family style. The First Course was Roasted Red Peppers, Persian Cucumber & Water Cress Salad, and Prosciutto. The Main Course was Grilled Kobe Sirloin, Roasted Chicken, and Diver Sea Scallops with side dishes including Grilled Sweet Corn, Potato Purée, and Shiitake Mushrooms. The Desserts were a selection of four gelatos and sorbets... more

The first time that I threw down over a hundred dollars for a dinner was at Craftsteak, and I was glad I did. The food was excellent, with a bone-in rib-eye steak that was melt-in-your-mouth good and fixings that complemented the food very well. The service was beyond attentive. While we couldn't spend crazy prices on wine, the sommelier spent... more

We ate at Craftsteak on 7/8/08. We sat at the bar for 10 minutes or so past our reservation time, waiting on our table. The bartender was friendly and efficient. We ordered the summer tasting menu. The food was fantastic. It came with an endive and marinated cucumber salad, grilled quail, and roasted red peppers as the appetizer. All were... more

Me and my girlfriend just ate at Craftsteak on June 28, 2008. We ordered the Japanese A5 Wagyu at $255 per person. It was three courses and my girlfriend had the wine at each course at the recommendation of our primary waiter at a reasonable $45. The first thing is that when you order the three course meal you have... more
