We ate at Craftsteak at MGM Grand our last night in Vegas as our big fancy meal and we had a great time. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very cool and our steaks were amazing. There was some disappointment because there was a bit of a lag time between when we sat down to when the waiter came to... more

I am a vegetarian who eats seafood. So why am I eating at a steakhouse? Well, simply put, Craftsteak was nothing short of amazing. We did the three course tasting menu and it didn't disappoint. I had the diver sea scallops and my husband had the Japanese Wagyu beef. Among the fabulous appetizers we had were the Caesar Salad, the... more

Three of us ate here on Thursday night. Made reservations ahead of time by calling. We were seated right away. The wait staff is fantastic! Our server was one of the best I have ever had. She made suggestions when asked and she was right on. Two of us had the skirt steak which was melt in your mouth fantastic... more

I have wanted to go to Craftsteak since my last Vegas trip in February when we did not quite make it down the strip to the MGM. This time around, it was at the top of the list of things to do in Las Vegas and I was not disappointed. On the big night we ended up ordering: mixed lettuce... more

One of the best experiences in Vegas, just come with your appetite. Read a few reviews and the trend was to go with a tasting menu, so we did. The menu is a bit confusing and overwhelming. If you go with the tasting menus (4 options basically meat grade) you get a choice of 3 starters, 2 cuts of steak,... more

My wife and I went to Craftsteak on a Sunday night when they had their Halfsteak menu going. The Halfsteak menu was great. Basically they have select items that you get half the meat portion and two sides, and it's half the price of the regular portion. Unfortunately, the full menu isn't available like this, but there's still a decent... more

I read in a magazine about a seasonal tasting menu you can ask for. When we got to our reservation, we noticed the tasting menu wasn't on the menu. When I asked our server, he informed us it is available but since its seasonal its not printed on the menu. We ordered their summer tasting menu for $60 per person.... more

Four of us had dinner there during Restaurant Week and were totally amazed. For $80 each, we did not have a choice between 4 starters, 3 entrees and 4 desserts, we were served everything family style, and had wine with each course. We shared fennel, mozzarella, and cucumber salads, quail, two different steaks, scallops, along with four different side orders.... more

We enjoyed every steak and every sidedish on our table. Honestly, I am not even really sure what we ended up ordering, but we had five people in our group and for $130 each, we got six different Kobe beef steaks, They brought out filet, NY strip, skirt, ribeye and flatiron. and some kind of rib. We loved all the... more

My partner and I went here after a show and we weren't disappointed. It is slightly more expensive than we ususally pay for a meal but this is Vegas and things cost more. The atmosphere was great, dark, cosy, trendy but comfortable, and they had managed to make a large room feel quite intimate which was clever. The service was... more
