Went to Craftsteak October 2008. Food prices were high, but as the waiter told us that all items were "plattered to share," we ordered a spinach salad (all greens in an oil dressing - nothing else), a grilled asparagus and a strip steak. Asparagus and steak were excellent and there was enough for us to share and even bring some... more

What can I say that hasn't already been said? My wife and I went at the end of September, 2008 for a mid-week dinner. We picked the restaurant because we enjoy Tom Collicio on Top Chef. Cheesy reason, I know... but it was amazing. The service was the best we had anywhere. We had 2 waiters that catered to us... more

We just returned from a week long stay at The Signature at MGM Grand and ate at CraftSteak while there. What can I say... from the moment we walked in we received excellent service. Our server, Blue, was personable, service oriented and very well acquainted with everything on the menu. We had a comp for the restaurant so we ordered... more

Three of us were in Vegas for a week and decided to go for a splurge meal. Having a guy in the mix and being at MGM later for a show, we decided on Craftsteak and boy, did we pick right! The wait staff were extremely attentive, arriving at our table a few minutes after we were seated with menus... more

My wife & I ate here on Fri. Sept 20th, we have been to some of the top restaurants in the country and this was probably the best dinner we have ever had! I had the wagyu filet grade.12 imported from Japan, it was so over the top good that I will never look at another steak the same again!... more

On a recent family trip to Las Vegas, we decided to have dinner at Craftsteak, and we could not have been happier with the choice. The decor was a bit dark, but very masculine. The chairs did take some getting used to as others have pointed out, but they weren't uncomfortable by any means. The wine list is huge It... more

My wife and I had an absolutely outstanding meal at this restaurant earlier this week (late August 2008). What an amazing meal! The first thing that struck us was the decor and the obvious attention to detail that the designers had. This is a matter of taste however, and it may be that your taste leans in a different direction.... more

My wife and I dined here this last Saturday night and found the establishment supperb, even in "slow season" for Vegas. There seemed to be a zillion wait staff zooming around the restaurant servicing the many tables. The restaurant was much larger then I expected from the view you get from the studiowalk. My wife and I each had a... more

My husband and I went to Craftsteak as our first dinner out in Vegas last Sunday. We didn’t have reservations and they still seated us right away. The service was super slow though, not only with us, but we noticed two other tables sitting forever without drinks or menus or bread. You would think with five different people waiting on... more

This is one place you must go to with enough time to enjoy your dinner. This is a family style dinner, so work on your appetite. The salads are a bit over priced for what you get; however, everything else is well worth the price. We ordered the Caesar salad, scallops, surf&turf, corn (special order without onions), lava cake and... more
