My husband and I go to Las Vegas every 6 months and have for many years. We eat at the Broiler each visit to Vegas because the food is so great. The lobster tail is huge and the soup and salad bar is fabulous. My hubby loves the filet and crab legs and we highly recommend the Broiler. more

Went there for lunch with my husband. He was there on a conference and we had limited time. They offer a 12-minute or less menu that we ordered from. Out of 4 selections 2 were unaavailable, but we weren't told until we tried ordering them. We both ended up ordering a grilled chicken sandwich. I asked for vegetables as a... more

Ate at the Oyster Bar counter again for the forth time. Really good again. Tried the crab pan roast...Excellent! Wife had the bouillabaise, excellent again although price increased I think but still worth it. Order a little mild like a "3" to be safe. Really satisfied with the quality of the food. more

Hubby and I ate at the Broiler at 7pm on a Sunday evening. The restaurant itself is nice, and although there was no wait, it was crowded for a Sunday. The salad bar was good, as was the bread, but the meals were not all that great. Hubby ordered the T-bone and I had the filet and crab legs. After... more

Read how great this place was on Trip Advisor. Went there for my birthday dinner, as I love good seafood. The service was terrible. We were the only people in the restaurant for about 10 minutes and only got glances from the waitresses and told "somebody will be right with you."--but people seated about 10 minutes after we got there... more

The Broiler has an attached Oyster Bar. You can order entrees from the Oyster Bar from inside the Broiler if the bar itself is full. They make some of the best pan roasts I have ever tasted. Every trip we make sure to make it over to the Palace Station and have a pan roast at the broiler/oyster bar. more

Great service and food without the wait and hassle of restaraunts in big name casinos. Steaks are great but and the soup and salad bar are very filling. Have a nice glass of red wine to go with your dinner and its a great way to start out your evening. more

My sister and I visited the Broiler at Palace Station on July 7, 2005. The dinning room was nice. The service was very good bringing our drinks out right away. We were told that our meals included the all you could eat soup and salad bar. The soup was a great chicken noodle with cut up vegtables. The salad bar... more
