Grand Wok, located inside the MGM casino, was one of our favorite places to have eaten on our recent Vegas trip. The hostess and waiters were all very friendly and accommodating. This restaurant had a great feel and great ambience, but the food was terrible. My potstickers had hard spots and the mongolian beef and chicken lo mein just didn't taste right. Just don't expect much if you go here and maybe you won't be upset. more

Midway through my best friends plate of chicken lo mein she found a thick piece of glass. They did however take the lo mein off our check, but nothing was offered in return. Poor service considering we could of owned the place! more

The hostess was extremely rude, not only to us but to everyone who bothered to dine at Grand Wok. The food was good, but the service was quite slow. The food is probably overpriced, but all the food is overpriced on the strip so we were ok with the prices. The waitress took forever though, and kept running away as soon as she put anything down on our table. more
