Samba was ok. Service was lacking, gauchos certainly weren't eager to serve us. We sat at our table for about 15-20 minutes until we even had someone come up and ask us about drinks. I wouldn't go here again. more
The Brazillian BBQ is great and at $40 one of the best values in Vegas especially when compared to the almost $300 (for two) we spent at the Eiffel Tower. Not only great BBQ but great sides as well. more
My friend and I both doctors - we fly upper class to Vegas and we demand the best of everything, the most luxurious and of course the best food in town!! And we come to Samba, the salad is tasty, the bread warm, the butter milky and the meat tender!! Best restaurant on the strip. Do not miss it. more

We stayed at the Mirage, and ended up at this restaurant when we were running behind and didn't have time to eat at the restaurant we were hoping too. This restaurant was average at best. Neither of us ordered the "skewer special" 'cos it just seemed too expensive for the amount of meet we know we could eat. The steaks... more
Was recently there for a Bachelor Party dinner and the food was great and so was the service. Lots of meat being brought around for everyone and I thought the price was reasonable for what we got. This place is not as good as Fogo de Chao but it less expensive and worth a visit more
I like meat, so having big hunks of beef and pork carved off of huge skewers directly onto my plate sounded pretty cool. And it was, except that the meat was mostly overcooked and not that great. Three out of the four in our party got the all you can eat option (for $38) and it was a poor value... more
We had heard a lot about this place from friends, and decided to try it. The service was GREAT, the Meats kept coming to our table, Drink service was excellent. Almost all of the Meats were Vastly Overcooked, a couple were inedible. I really would expect someplace whose claim to fame is their meats to understand how to cook them.... more
