Many people have been posting reviews for the HOB under this name and they are 2 different restaurants. One is located in the Casino at MB and the other is located on the top floor of MB. There is a private elevator located across from the main elevators which takes you there. I had no contacts and still got reservations... more

The Foundation Room is supposed to be a members only club used for networking at the top of Manadlay. We took the elevator up to the top of Mandalay with about 20 of our friends. My husband and I came here on a Weds night, then again for breakfast the next morning. The Weds night we sat in the bar area, which was very busy, and still got fairly prompt service. We went to the 10 am Gospel Brunch with the expectation of average buffet food and a Gospel Choir. Food: As expected average buffet with breakfest items, eggs, sasuge, and waffle station.
