The hostesses were surly and rude. Our waiter was a dingbat. Our appetizers came out after our meal and my sushi roll never arrived at all. The food was good, but not as good as P.F. Changs and was a bit more expensive. I'd pass on this restaurant. more

This place really sucks. Food was horrible. They don't know how to make sushi. The only good thing was the view. more

We went to Ah Sin for the $19.99 all-you-can-eat sushi, which they have pretty much every day they are open. We sat outside, and could see the Bellagio fountains right across the street (definitely a much cheaper alternative to eating at Mon Ami Gabi next door). The table next to us was full of rowdy teenagers, but that's not the... more

Ah Sin is located in Paris Las Vegas. Perhaps I should have been more cautious about a Pan-Asian restaurant located in a faux French Casino/Hotel, but I figured it couldn't be that bad. How wrong I was... We had a party of 7, and the wait was not too long, which was great. The waitstaff was eager to describe what... more

There seems to be a lot of bad reviews for this restaurant but my wife and I were very happy with it. We've been to Vegas a few times and this is now our favorite place. They sat us at the Sushi bar and we watched them do a very nice job with their tasty creations. Their portions were very... more

Just so you know, you would think in this casino, the sushi would be pretty good. I KID YOU NOT when I say they sushi rolls are frickin store bought. They say its made fresh. That is a complete load of crap. It is the WORST sushi I have ever had. They have got alot of nerve passing that stuff... more

Based on some of the reviews, we thought this place would be the worse. But we deicded to try it anyway and were pleasantly surprised. The ambiance of this restaurant is very nice with dimmed lights and contemporary décor. Though my wife and I didn’t dress up, I would definitely recommend this place for a romantic date. This restaurant accepts... more

The $19.99 all-you-can eat sushi is dreadful: 1) the sushi rice tasted old and hard 2) the tempura shrimp roll was cold--tasted like it sat in a fridge all day prior to serving 3) sushi roll choices were limited 4) we waited 15 in between roll orders to finally get our sub- par "rolls." After palatting the first two rolls,... more

The sushi at Ah Sin lacked creativity, imagination and most importantly, taste. The rolls were stale and very plain. We ate the all you can eat sushi for $20 and were severly disappointed. The only things that make up for the food are the service and the view. If you sit outside you can get a great view of the... more
