The only thing this restaurant has going for it is the fantastic location... You would think a sushi restaurant with a sushi bar would serve fresh sushi, not here! We ordered a couple of rolls off of the regular menu (NOT from the all you can eat $19.95 special) and were quite surprised that we received pre-made rolls with hard,... more

I am not a sushi connoisseur by any means, but I liked everything about Ah Sin. First, the location is fantastic. You can eat indoors or out at this Paris Hotel restaurant. If you choose outdoors, which we did, you get a spectacular view of the Bellagio fountain show. If you choose outdoors, I'd recommend sitting away from the Paris... more

The reviews are correct....really bad service and food. We really like sushi and had planned on going to Ra, but saw this place walking down the strip and thought it was a good deal and of course you have the fountains. I live in Albuquerque, NM and have had better sushi there. I had one order and couldn't muster any... more

My husband and I have sushi at least once a week, so when we planned to meet a friend in Vegas, we thought we'd plan a sushi dinner at one of the "nicer" sushi places we found. Well . . . the ambience and location was perfect, but what a dining disappointment!!! I ordered sushi from the bar and it... more

It took almost 45 minutes to get pre-prepared sushi (all-you-can-eat) that was AWFUL!!! I will NEVER EVER step foot in that place again. more

Very good food and nice atmosphere. Can sit outside and look out onto the strip and the Ballagio fountains. They have all you can eat Sushi, but I stuck to the main menu. Mongolian Beef and General Tso's were excellent. They do a different spin on Seseme Chicken too. Service was a little slow, but all and all, it's a... more

We are huge sushi fans and on our recent trip to Vegas, we were ecstatic to see an "All you can eat" sushi buffet for only $19.99. It was in a nice area and the restaurant looked somewhat fancy, so we thought we were getting a great deal. WE WERE WRONG! We had a show to catch, so we specifically... more

As it was about 9pm on a Saturday night we thought we might try to get in to Mon Ami Gabi but passed this place on the way in, still walked on to MAG but found it packed so retreated to Ah Sin. Couldn’t really understand why it was so empty but gave it a shot anyway. We were given... more

Bad, bad, bad food. Bad service. AND expensive! Asian fusion to the chef clearly means "throw a bunch of things on the menu and hope for the best." Everything was underspiced, and tasted nothing like the food it claimed to be (I've lived in cities known for Asian food - London, SF, and L.A. so I have some clue.) I... more
